Aubrey Grandstaff was born on November 8, 1952, in Dallas, Texas. He transitioned to eternity on May 28, 2019, at age 66.
Aubrey graduated from South Garland High School in 1971. He went on to attend Eastfield College where he focused on Business. For many years, Aubrey managed Town East Trophies until he retired.
Among many hobbies, Aubrey enjoyed the sports of softball, fishing, and golf. He also delighted in working in his yard and watching sports. Affectionately regarded as "PaPa" by his grandchildren, Aubrey was hard-working, loving, and caring. He always had a joke to share. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Aubrey was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey Earl Grandstaff and Edna Grace Phelps Grandstaff; and his sister, Belinda Grandstaff Tomlinson. Those left to cherish fond memories include the mother of his children, Debbie Browning Hardy (David); son, Jeremy Grandstaff (Leah); daughter, Crystal Grandstaff Anderson; grandchildren: Kyler Anderson, Brennan Anderson, Aiden Anderson, Sloane Grandstaff, and Cason Grandstaff; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
