Emir Ligaluppi was born on October 5, 1929, in Argentina. He passed away on January 30, 2019, in Dallas, Texas, at age 89.

Emir graduated from high school in Argentina. He attended college and enjoyed a career as a radio broadcaster in New York for many years.

Among many hobbies, Emir enjoyed playing the lottery, traveling to casinos in Oklahoma and Las Vegas, driving, and music.

Independent, active, funny, loving, and caring, Emir will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish precious memories include his wife of 63 years, Delfa; son, George Ligaluppi and his wife, Martha; daughter, Norma Reimundo and her husband, Gerardo; son, Carlos Ligaluppi; grandchildren: Nikisha, Lawrence, Nadia, Anthony, Julian, and Nicholas; great-grandchild, Sebastian; and a host of other relatives and friends.
