John Francis Laird, Jr. was born on October 26, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas. Surrounded by family, transitioned on February 13, 2018, in Garland, Texas, at age 58.

John graduated from Irving High School. He went on to attend Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. John enjoyed a career of many years in warehouse general labor.

Married to the love of his life for 15 years, John delighted in fishing and camping, among many other hobbies. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

John was predeceased by his parents, John Francis Laird, Sr. and Josephine Laird. Those left to cherish fond memories include his loving wife, Susan,"CJ" Laird; son, Anthony Quinn and his wife, Daniele; son, John Francis Laird III and his wife, Jacki; daughter, Jennifer Laird; and grandchildren: Shaylynn, Talon, Matthew, Micah, Avery, and Blake.
