Kevin Garcia was born on December 4, 1963, in Salinas, California. He transitioned to eternity on October 8, 2018, in Dallas, Texas, at age 54.
Kevin graduated from Milpitas High School in Milpitas, California. He went on to attend Mission College in San Jose, California. He was employed as a chemical technician at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), an American multinational semiconductor company.
Affectionately regarded as "Pee Wee" and the uncle that taught his nieces and nephews how to swim, Kevin was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and RC car racing. Above all, being the best uncle was his top priority.
Kevin will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was predeceased by his mother, Peggy Peters, and grandmother, Betty "Nanny" O'Neal. Those left to cherish precious memories include his father, John Peters; sister, Cherri Ligon and her husband, Brian; sister, Patti Andrews and her husband, Craig; niece, Melissa; nephews: Joshua, Eric, and Zachary; great-nephews, Marco and Wade; great-nieces, Sage and Maisie; and dog, PJ.
