Vernon L. Hall was born on November 13, 1927, in Blackwell, Oklahoma (Kay County). He transitioned to eternity on April 28, 2019, in Mesquite, Texas.
Vernon was a rancher his entire life. He loved the land and working with his hands. He built his home in New Blaine, Arkansas where he owned his ranch. He was most notably known as a man that could grow anything. He enjoyed reading, going to auctions, and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Earl Hall and Audrey Ida Osborn-Hall; brothers, Robert Hall and Laurel Hall; and sister, Leona Owens. Those left to cherish precious memories include his nieces: Lynda Jean Hall, Margaret Ann Hall, and Joanne Ballowe; nephews, Robert Lowell Hall, Jr. and Michael Hall; and a host of relatives and friends.
