Allegra Ann Culpepper was born on June 27, 1958, in Taipei, Taiwan. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on April 17, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.
In 1976, Allegra graduated from W. H. Adamson High School in Dallas, Texas.
Affectionately regarded as “Legs”, and “Chick-a-dee”, Allegra enjoyed a longtime career at Blue Cross Blue Shield. After 31 years of faithful service, she retired in 2017. Because of her love for assisting others, Allegra began work at BenefitMall in 2017.
On April 19, 2008, she married Larry White. The two remained united in holy matrimony until his transition.
Allegra loved to fellowship at Eastside Church of Christ in Forney, Texas. She served as a member of the Richland Trace HOA Board for over five years, including a term as President.
Among many hobbies, Allegra enjoyed reading, traveling, and attending concerts and comedy shows. Allegra will be fondly remembered for her caring, giving, funny, and beautiful nature. Her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Allegra was preceded in death by her husband, Larry White; parents, Willis and Joyce Culpepper; uncle, Sammy Lee Culpepper; aunt, Shirley Culpepper; and cousins, Dwight Culpepper and Bernard Culpepper. Those left to cherish precious memories include her siblings - Ronald Culpepper, Barbara Culpepper, Kayshala Culpepper, and Dashiell Crigler; stepmothers, Sandra Culpepper and Jane Culpepper; uncle, Curtis Culpepper; cousin, Gary Culpepper; niece, Jasmine Tobias (Chris); nephews, Willis Culpepper (Meagan) and Aedan Culpepper-Cameron; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
