Angela Kay (Parker) Buckingham

Angela Kay Parker Buckingham was born on November 12, 1967, in Dallas, Texas, to John Lee and Winnie Pearl Parker. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on September 15, 2018, in Dallas, Texas, at age 50.

Affectionately regarded as "Ann", she accepted Christ at an early age. Under the leadership of Rev. H. L. Turner, Angela attended Seven Star Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.

She graduated from Samuel High School and went on to enjoy a career in banking. 

Angela married her childhood sweetheart, Benjamin Buckingham, from Garland, Texas. The two remained united in holy matrimony until his transition in 1996.

Angela was preceded in death by her father, John L. Parker; husband, Benjamin Buckingham; and brother, Anthony Parker. Those left to cherish precious memories include her daughter, Sarah Ann Garrett and her husband, Arthur, of Somerdale, New Jersey; son, Marcus Moore of Garland, Texas; grandson, Anthony Garrett of Somerdale, New Jersey; mother, Winnie Parker of Garland, Texas; brother, Timothy Parker of San Angelo, Texas; mother-in-law, Annie McGill, of Dallas, Texas; father-in-law, David Buckingham, of Garland, Texas; sister-in-law, Tina Buckingham, of Garland, Texas; fiancé, Donald Donaldson, of Garland, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
