Anna Josephine Louis-Ferdinand was born on July 3, 1926, in New York City, New York. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on May 28, 2020, in Garland, Texas.
Affectionately regarded as "Annette", Anna married the love of her life, Ernest Louis-Ferdinand, in 1955. She enjoyed a career as a Nurse's Aide at New York Eye and Ear Hospital. After many years of service, she retired.
Among many hobbies, Anna enjoyed sewing. She also delighted in writing poetry.
Anna was faithful to the Roman Catholic church. Locally, she was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, Texas.
She was predeceased by her parents, Rigobert Bylon and Emma Perazi; her husband, Ernest Louis-Ferdinand; and her sister, Genevive Bylon. Those left to cherish loving memories include her daughters, Catherine Brittingham (Mike) and Danielle Young (Joel); her granddaughter, Erica Lewis (André); her sister, Sister Sylvie Marie Bylon of the convent de Joseph de Cluny; her niece, Jeanine Saithsoothane (Serge); and a host of other relatives and friends.
