Brandon Christopher Cole was born on February 7, 1981, in Dallas, Texas. He transitioned to eternity on January 6, 2023, in Dallas, Texas.
Affectionately regarded as "Cole", "B-Cole", "Mr. Aye Mane", and "Mr. Say Mane", was a loving father, friend, son, grandson, and brother. Brandon was a man of great faith, raised by his grandparents, Archie and Elvertis Cole. They instilled strong morals and Christian values in his life. He accepted Christ at an early age at Greater Cornerstone Baptist Church under the leadership of senior pastor, Dr. David Wilson. As a member of Greater Cornerstone Baptist Church, he served as an usher and a member of their drill team.
He married the love of his life, Candace Johnson-Cole, on June 9, 2017. The two remained united in matrimony until her transition.
Brandon attended Hamilton Park Elementary, Richardson Junior, and graduated from Lake Highland High School in 1999. Upon graduating high school, he continued his education at Dallas Barber College and enjoyed a successful career as a master barber and business owner in Dallas, Texas Brandon Cole was an extraordinary artist, with the ability to create and capture the true essence of anything with the stroke of his paintbrush or with a sketch from a pencil.
Brandon loved his family and his community. He committed his life to pouring wisdom into young people and took great delight in assisting with organizing back-to-school community events, donating his time to providing free haircuts each year to the youth in his community.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Candace Johnson-Cole. Those left to cherish precious memories include his daughters - Iyana Tyana Cole, Laseana Talia Thomas, Canbryn Johnson, and Cardajiana Eggins; sons - Carl Eggins, Corbin Johnson, and Corwin Eggins; several grandchildren; mother, Scherrie Cole; father, Homer Murphy III; brother, Kevin Cole (Ashley); grandparents, Elvertis and Archie Cole; and a host of other relatives and close friends.
