Carolynn Quick White was born on February 28, 1927, in Fort Worth, Texas. She passed away on May 21, 2020, in Dallas, Texas.
Carolynn graduated from Paschal High School in Fort Worth. She went on to marry the love of her life, Marion White. To their union, three beautiful children were born, loved, and nurtured. After years of ensuring the well-being of her husband and children, she went on to enjoy a career as a residential real estate agent.
Among many hobbies, she delighted in baking, playing bridge, and the beauty of plants. A member of the Church of the Incarnation, she enjoyed being a part of the Inklings Club. She was also an avid fan of C. S. Lewis, a British writer and lay theologian.
Carolynn was a beautiful and nurturing person with remarkable wisdom. Her joyous and loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Marion White; son, Stephen White; and brother, Charles Quick III. Those left to cherish loving memories include her son, Robert White (Dorinda); daughter, Marian Price (John Mervyn); grandchildren: Paul White (Winnie), Elizabeth White, Stephen Kreg White, and Sara Pasteur (Nick); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
