Cecil Randle Obituary

On August 22, 1960, in Edgewood, Texas, with a spring in his step and probably a smile on his face, came Cecil Randle. He was the last child born to S.T. Randle and Sarah Wesley Randle.

He graduated from Edgewood High School in Edgewood, Texas, with the great class of 1978. He also obtained an associate's degree from Tyler Junior College. He worked for many years at the First American Corporation and developed lasting friendships with his co-workers. For the past nine years, he has walked the halls of Spruce High School as a special education teacher's assistant. assistant football coach, head tennis coach, senior sponsor, hall monitor, school clerk, and so many other untitled positions. He had a special place in his heart for Spruce.

He was a longtime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Edgewood, Texas, and sometimes attended Calvary Temple Community Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas. He was a member of Dallas Coaches Association where he was proud of being the incoming second vice-president.

Also raised by his uncle and aunt, Don Skinner and Johnnie Mae Skinner, Cecil enjoyed helping people, cooking, and entertaining. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a serious Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks fan.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda; the sons he loved, Robert Brandon and Ronald K; the daughters he loved, Victoria, and Jerrion; his mother, Sarah Wesley Randle; his brothers, Steve Randle (Letty) and Kerry Randle (Annie); his aunt, Johnnie Mae Skinner; his grandchildren; his loving nephews, nieces, many cousins, family members, co-workers, church members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his loving sisters: Carolyn Ross, Doris Ann Milton, Willie Marie "Susie" Milton; his father, S.T. Randle; and his sister-in-law, Patsy Randle.

Well done, thy good and faithful servant. ~ Matthew 25:23
