Constance Evette Barnett was born on June 20, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on June 4, 2022, in Lavon, Texas.
Constance graduated from Bass High School in Atlanta, Georgia. She went on to earn an associate's degree at Dekalb Community College, in Decatur, Georgia. She later went on to earn a bachelor’s degree at Georgia State University, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Affectionately regarded as, “Connie”, Constance enjoyed a longtime career at AT&T as an Executive Assistant for 22 years until her transition.
In her early years, Constance worshipped at Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, in Austell, Georgia under the leadership of Bishop Dale Bonner. Constance loved God and was strong in her faith.
Among many hobbies, Constance enjoyed reading, baking, cooking, watching movies, and listening to music. Constance will be fondly remembered for the joy she brought to others and her ambitious nature. Her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Constance was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jean Barnett.
Those left to cherish precious memories include her father, Al Nathaniel Barnett, Sr.; 8 siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
