David Andrew Peoples was born on May 7, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois. He transitioned to eternity on August 26, 2021, in Richardson, Texas.
Affectionately regarded as “Dave” and ”Uncle Dave”, David graduated from Whitney Young High School in 2003. He went on to attend Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. David enjoyed a full-time career as a Yard Marshall for Amazon.
David accepted Christ at an early age. In his early years, he attended St. Elizabeth and New Life Church in Chicago, Illinois. After relocating to Beaumont, Texas, he united with the Church of Philadelphia. He later moved to Dallas, Texas where he united with Embassy City Church in Irving, Texas.
Among many hobbies, David loved music, making people laugh, traveling, and making homemade pizza. He will be fondly remembered for his humor and God-fearing nature. His loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Timothy and Virginia Peoples; brother, Gregory Peoples; and mother-in-law, Evon Brooks. Those left to cherish precious memories include his wife of eight years, Nakida Peoples; sisters – Rashedah Dishman, Vanessa Peoples-Thomas, Belinda Peoples-Johnson, Pamela Conley, and Paula Vaughan; brothers, Adam Peoples and Darrell Peoples; goddaughters, Camille Brown and Olivia Brown; godson, Immanuel Brown; father-in-law, Clemon West; and a host of other relatives and friends.
