Deyjah Renae Taylor

Deyjah Renae Taylor was born on October 4, 1996 in Dallas, Texas. She transitioned on April 27, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. 

Deyjah graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 2016. Face-timing with her mother, Trunda, brought joy to her day. She also delighted in watching scary movies, playing uno, drawing and, most of all, watching Sponge Bob.

Deyjah had a Christ-centered life and happy spirit. She was kind to everyone and exhibited God's love to everyone who crossed her path. She was a faithful member of "The Rock" - Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in Richardson, Texas, under the leadership of Pastor Robert Townsend. She was known to be seated with the deaconess of the church on Sundays.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy and Hazel Taylor, Sr. Those left to cherish precious memories include her loving aunt who cared for her, Elizabeth Taylor; mother, Trunda Taylor; father, Andre Johnson; brothers, John Taylor and Sergio Turcios; uncle, Billy Taylor, Jr.; and a host of relatives, church family, and dear friends.
