Elizabeth Ann (Faulkner) Smith was born in Dallas, Texas, on January 11, 1962. She transitioned on May 10, 2025, in Gainesville, Texas.
Elizabeth graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas. She went on to love and nurture her family as they pursued their endeavors.
Affectionately regarded as "Lyz", "Bunni", and "Mama Bear", Elizabeth accepted Christ and remained steadfast in her faith. Among many hobbies, she delighted in puzzles and crafting. She will be fondly remembered for her determined, selfless, and outgoing nature. She will be forever admired for her courage, and her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Faulkner. Those left to cherish memories include her husband, Tommy Smith; her mother, Margie Faulkner; her daughters - Myechia Rodgers, Toi-Smith-Wade, and Za'Rylee Smith; her sons, Braeden Rodgers and Shaffah Smith; 10 grandchildren; her brother and two sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
