Ever Gene Moss was born to the late Rev. Walter Armstrong and Annie Louise Cole on January 17, 1945. She departed this earthly life on Monday, December 6, 2021.
She received Christ at an early age of 12 at Greenhill Missionary Baptist Church in Kewanee, Mississippi. She moved to Gary, Indiana, and was a proud member of the Prayer House of Faith Church under the leadership of Bishop E.N. Williams. She was an active member of the Sanctuary Choir, Sacred Hearts, Missionary Board, and Mother's Board.
Ever Gene Moss was proceeded in death by her parents, Annie Cole and Walter Armstrong; two sisters, Goldie Mae Person, and Geraldine Wilson of Detroit, Michigan.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband of 56 years, Julious Moss; seven children, Howard Dockery of IN, Derrek Moss of KY, Donta Moss (Danielle) of GA, Timothy Moss of GA, Doretha Polite (Brett) of TX, Tido Moss of GA, Annie Moss (Kerston) of TX; eighteen grandchildren, Steven Hayes, Kenneth Bonner, Kenya Bonner, Daceon Walker, Malik Moss, Nailah Moss, Zaire Moss, Isaac Moss, Aiden Moss, Tido Moss Jr, Danah Abel, Deanna Abel, Danielle Abel, Gina Oliver, Dereka Moss, Derek Moss, Deandreka Moss, Constance Moss; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
