George Lewis Stiggers

George Lewis Stiggers was born on February 4, 1957, to Francis Stiggers and Ennis Montgomery in Dallas, Texas. He transitioned to eternity on December 27, 2023, in Greenville, Texas. 

He attended school at Royse City Independent School District. He went on to enjoy working as a builder and painter. 

George accepted Christ at an early age. He was a Philadelphia Eagles football fan, and he loved to play dominoes and hang out with his friends.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, seven uncles, five aunts, and three grandchildren. 

Those left to cherish precious memories include his daughter, Catherine Mapps of Royse City, Texas; his brother, Robert Miles, Jr. (Melitha) of Duncanville, Texas; his three aunts - Mary Gray of Dallas, Texas, Princetta Thomas (Tommy) of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Dollie Reece of Dallas, Texas; his uncle, Pastor Ernest Stiggers (Rosa) of Garland, Texas; his three best friends - Otis Brown, Marcel McKinney, and Rodney Johnson; and a host of family and friends.
