German Calimquim Cayabyab, Sr. was born on May 3, 1940, in the Philippine Islands. He passed away on June 16, 2023, in Garland, Texas.
German attended C.C.D. Community College of Denver where he earned an Associate Degree in Public Security Management and Criminal Justice. He enjoyed a longtime career in law enforcement. He later enjoyed a career in insurance management and real estate.
He met the love of his life, Trinidad Palomino Ramboyong, on the military base in Subic Bay, Philippines. They married and remained united until his passing.
A man of great faith, he accepted Christ at a young age and remained a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ).
A man with a passion for community service, his intelligence and wisdom will be fondly remembered. His loving spirit will live on in all who were privileged to cross his path.
Those left to cherish precious memories include his wife, Trinidad; children - German R. Cayabyab, Jr., Robert Cayabyab (Therese Ann), Zenaida Lubis (Oliver), and Ninfa Lyle; grandchildren - Michael Dale Chapman Cayabyab, Mark Austin Chapman Cayabyab, Maria Molina Chapman Cayabyab, and Meg Laetritia Cayabyab Lubis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
