Ina Rochelle Lowe was born on March 16, 1969, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Samuel Lowe, Sr. and Brenda (Dillard) Lowe. She grew up in Texas and graduated from Richardson High School in 1988. She went on to earn an Associate Degree in General Business from DeVry College in 1992. Ina worked as a payroll clerk at COPE in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.
Above all else, being a mother to her son, Mason, was the most important role in her life. Her faith was a source of strength in her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Lowe, Sr. and Brenda (Dillard) Lowe; her grandparents, Napoleon Dillard and Ida Dillard; and her aunt, Debbie Freeman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Mason C. Stuart of Dallas, Texas; her sister, Patsy Gatson of Rockwall, Texas; brother, Samuel Lowe, Jr. of Burien, Washington; her aunt, Donna Livingston of New Iberia, Louisiana; her uncle, Larry Mitchell of Slidell, Louisiana; her nephew, Cameron Gatson; her niece, Scarlett Lowe Lye; special mentions, Louise Bullocks, Anthony Johnson, Otis Stuart, Rosa Alford, Cassandra Johnson, and James Johnson; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
