Jean Chi-Ying Lee

Jean Lee was born on July 19, 1967, in Taiwan. She passed away on August 22, 2018, in Dallas, Texas, at age 51. 

Jean graduated from Andress High School in El Paso, Texas. She later earned her Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising from El Paso Community College and Pharmacy Technician certification from Richland Community College. She taught Pharmacy Technician and Medical Coding classes at Richland. 

Among many hobbies, Jean enjoyed tennis, Zumba, and karaoke. She was musically gifted and delighted in sharing her gift of singing; she sang with others around the world. 

Jean was caring, creative, compassionate, resourceful, giving, and knowledgeable. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She was predeceased by her father, Hubert Austin Lee, Jr. Those left to cherish precious memories include her daughter, Jeanie Lee; mother, Fu Mei Lee; sister, Jenny Sanchez and her husband, Richard; sister, Mei Ling Isaacs and her husband, Jeremiah; nephew, Daniel Garza and his wife, Mary; nieces, Savanna Garza and Maia Isaacs; two uncles who reside in Taiwan; a dear cousin, Vincent Ts'ai; and a host of other relatives and friends.
