John Rayford Moss

John "Pee Wee" Moss, was born on March 28, 1940, in Henderson, Texas, to Robert Lee Moss and Ammie Stewart. He transitioned on September 28, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. 

Affectionately known as "Pee Wee", John graduated from high school and went on to enjoy a fulfilling career as a dedicated truck driver. After many years of hard work, he retired. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Moss; his mother, Ammie Stewart; and his siblings: Sam Steptoe, Billy Moss, Jessie Stewart, Charles Stewart, and Betty Jo Stewart. 

John leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his daughters, Dedra Paige and La Shondra Moss; his grandchildren: Kendall Rashad Drummond, Taylor Zachery, and Jorden Reed; his great-grandchildren: Kennedi Drummond, Kymora Drummond, and Amari Reed; his brother, J.T. Stewart; and his sisters: Linda Howard (Barry), Maxine Sterling, Lucy Elem, and Ruby Edwards (N.L.); along with a host of other relatives and friends.
