LaShone Denice Goff (Wright) Wagner was born on February 9, 1966, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She transitioned to eternity on January 29, 2023, in Dallas, Texas.
LaShone graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1984. With admirable strength, determination, and courage, she relocated to Texas where she earned her certification in Extended Health Care in 2000 to practice as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN). She went on to attend Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas, where she earned an Associate of Science degree in nursing in 2010. LaShone enjoyed a longtime career as a registered nurse who worked in various specialties across Texas and Oklahoma. She supported herself through school as a single mother and built a successful career in healthcare.
Affectionately regarded as "Neicy", LaShone learned Spanish as a child and became fluent by early adulthood. Among many hobbies, she delighted in fashion, movies, art, foreign languages, and the exploration of other cultures.
Her intelligence, warmth, humor, and caring nature will be fondly remembered, and her beautiful spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish precious memories include her daughter and son-in-law, Maya Wagner and Daniel Gardner; son, Nicholas Wagner; parents, Delores Ann Pearson and Fredrick Sherman Goff; siblings, Marcus Thompson and Fred Wright (Tameka); nieces and nephews - Marcus Thompson, Jacobi Thompson, Brooklyn Wilson, Ambre Jackson, Yasmine Knight, Kedrick Wright, and Javari Wright; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
