LaTasha Nicole (Kellum) Spencer was born in Dallas, Texas, on February 22, 1978, to LeRoy Davis, Sr. and Karon Kellum. She transitioned to eternity on March 17, 2025.

LaTasha graduated from Edgewood High School in 1996. After graduation, she enlisted and served in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2007. After serving her country, she worked in accounting for G6 Hotels.

LaTasha accepted Christ at a young age and remained steadfast in her faith. She demonstrated various efforts during her career in the Navy through participation in multiple charities and veteran organizations. She was delighted to give back to those who lacked access to common necessities.

Among her many hobbies, she enjoyed reading, playing board games with family, and watching musicals, sci-fi movies, and the Food Channel, Foodie.
