Latoya Machael Brown was born in Plano, Texas, on April 21, 1978. She transitioned to eternity on February 17, 2025.
Affectionately known as "Miss Nat" and "Ms. Brown", Latoya graduated from Plano Senior High School in May of 1996. She attended Collin County Community College for two years.
Latoya accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a part of the Plano Community Charity. Among many hobbies, she enjoyed basketball, music, helping others, organizing, and socializing.
Latoya will be fondly remembered for her loveable, funny, observant, neat-freak nature. She was a pleasant person to be around, and her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish lasting memories include her mother, Robbyn Ellis; her father, Matthew Milligan; her stepmother, Valerie Milligan; her sister, Schyyra Hayes; her sister, April Milligan; her brother, Matthew Milligan; her niece, Ivy Hayes; her nephew, Kelian Denson, Jr.; her niece, Ava Milligan; her niece, Nevaeh Davis; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
