Lidia (Herrera) Flores

Lidia (Herrera) Flores was born on August 8, 1965, in Mexico. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on November 22, 2021, in Garland, Texas.

Affectionately regarded as “Mama Lila” and “Lila”, Lidia married the love of her life, Isidro Flores, on March 28, 1995. The two remained united in holy matrimony until her transition.

Among many hobbies, Lidia enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and loving on her grandkids. She will be fondly remembered for her strong, selfless, giving, motherly, and compassionate nature. Her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Lidia was preceded in death by her parents, Luis Herrera and Leonor Arellano. Those left to cherish precious memories include her husband of 26 years, Isidro Flores; children – Enriqueta Aguilera, Leonardo Flores, and Kelly Flores; grandchildren – Analy Aguilera, Mateo Aguilera, Amelia Aguilera, and Eli Flores; and a host of other relatives and friends.
