Lola Faye Williams was born on December 13, 1947, to Lola Bell Williams and Otis Crayton in Dallas, Texas. She transitioned on February 14, 2025, Valentine's Day, in Richardson, Texas.

Lola grew up in Garland, Texas where she attended George Washington Carver Elementary School.

Lola was preceded in death by her loving parents, Lola Bell Williams and Otis Crayton; her sisters, Genola Beecham and Betty Nell Lewis; her brother; Willie Charles Williams; and her nephew, Christopher Williams.

Those left to cherish precious memories include her niece, Nikki, and nephews, Clint and Benny Williams.
