Luis Alfonso Morales, Sr.

Luis Alfonso Morales, Sr.  nació en noviembre 27, 1963 en Ciudad Acuna Coahuila, México.  De padres Blas Morales Medina y Minerva Cerna. Luis fue el cuarto hijo del matrimonio.  Tuvo tres hermanos mayores Blas, Ricardo, y Mario. Tuvo cinco hermanos menores, Miguel, Jorge, Gabriel, Orlando y Carlos.

Curso sus estudios en la escuela primaria Aurelia Sanchez de Ramon y la Escuela Secundaria Federal Número Uno, y el Centro de Bachillerato Técnico Industrial en Ciudad Acuna Coahuila. Luis emigró de Ciudad Acuna Coahuila a Dallas Texas en el año 1985 donde desempeño varios empleos en las artes culinarias. Luis trabajó 27 años en el Hotel Westin desempeñando el cargo de Chef donde disfruto mucho su trabajo y conoció grandes amigos.

Luis contrajo matrimonio con Dolores Galván en el año 1987 y tuvieron a sus dos queridos hijos Luis Alfonso Morales Jr. y Octavio Morales. Luis fue el orgulloso abuelo de Luis Damián Morales y Dylan Anthony Morales a quienes adoro con todo su corazón.
  
Luis perdió su batalla contra el Cáncer en enero 7, 2023 rodeado del amor de toda su familia. Le sobreviven su madre, hermanos, ex esposa, hijos, nietos y lo acompaña en la gloria celestial su padre Blas Morales.
 
Luis, toda tu familia te recordara y vivirás por siempre en nuestros corazones. Gracias por ser un gran hijo, hermano, padre, abuelo, tío y cuñado. Se te extrañará.

Luis Alfonso Morales, Sr. was born on November 27, 1963, in Ciudad Acuna Coahuila, Mexico, to Blas Morales Medina and Minerva Cerna. Luis was the couple's fourth child. He had three older brothers - Blas, Ricardo, and Mario, and five younger brothers - Miguel, Jorge, Gabriel, Orlando, and Carlos.

He studied at the Escuela Primaria Aurelia Sanchez de Ramon, Escuela Secundaria Federal Número Uno, and the Centro de Bachillerato Técnico Industrial in Ciudad Acuna Coahuila. In 1985, Luis emigrated from Ciudad Acuna Coahuila to Dallas, Texas, and held various jobs in the culinary arts. He worked 27 years at the Westin Hotel as Sous Chef where he enjoyed his work and met great friends.

Luis married Dolores Galván in 1987, and they had two beloved sons, Luis A. Morales, Jr. and Octavio Morales. Luis was the proud grandfather of Luis Damian Morales and Dylan Anthony Morales whom he adored with all his heart.  
 
Luis lost his battle against cancer on January 7, 2023, as he was surrounded by the love of his entire family. He is survived by his mother, brothers, ex-wife, children, and grandchildren. He is accompanied in heavenly glory by his father, Blas Morales.
