Nigel Anton Brooks was born on March 17, 1973. He transitioned to eternity on June 25, 2025.
A native of Plano, Texas, Nigel graduated from Plano East Senior High School (PESH) in May of 1991. He went on to enlist in the United States Navy in 1992 and proudly served his country until 1995. Nigel enjoyed a career in technology and management.
Nigel accepted Christ and was steadfast in his faith as a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Isiah Joshua.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Estella Wells Brown and Fred Bonner, Jr.; his paternal grandparents, Mozelle Sanders Brooks and Charles Henry Brooks, Sr.; and his sister, Tiffany Brooks.
Those left to cherish lasting memories include his mother, Betty Bonner Larry (Rev. James); his father, Charles Henry Brooks, Jr. (Linda); his siblings, Monica Paris, C. Lamont Brooks (Mischelle), Timothy Brooks (Shannon), Aubrey Shaw; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
