Phyllus Ann Perry

Phyllus Ann Perry was born on May 31, 1965, in Dallas, Texas, to Bobbie Perry and Patricia Ruth Fooks. She transitioned to eternity on August 25, 2019, at age 54. 

Phyllus graduated from Dallas Magnet Center: Government and Law in 1983. She went on to attend college and enjoyed a career as an adjuster with the State of Texas. She was also a longtime retail sales associate with Mervyn's. 

Affectionately regarded as "Phyl" by family and friends, Phyllus enjoyed shopping, participating in pageants, watching movies, and occasionally spending time with family and friends. She was a hardworking, kind, and direct thinker with admirable class, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Phyllus was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Fooks. Those left to cherish precious memories include her son, Phillip Perry; siblings: Robert Perry, Michelle Perry, and Jocquetta Perry; father, Bobbie Perry; uncles, Charles Avery Felton and Edwin Felton (Teresa); great aunt, Kathryn Bolden; nephews: Christopher Perry-Jeffrie (Brianna), Elijah Perry, and Treyvon Perry; great-nieces and nephew: Dre'Anna Fuller, Madisyn Perry-Jeffrie, and Keenon Perry-Jeffrie; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
