Salvador Estrada Romero was born on April 22, 1950, in Jalpa, Zacatecas, to Guillermo Romero and Rosalinda Estrada. As the eldest of nine, Salvador's life was marked by a deep commitment to family, responsibility, and hard work. Upon his father's death, at nineteen and the eldest of nine siblings, Salvador became the protector, provider, and father figure who held the Romero family together.
Salvador lived his life with conviction, walking with dignity and generosity. He married at 30 and had his first child, Adrianna Rangel. He remarried at 41 to his wife of 35 years, Maria Romero, and raised his children, Wendy Torres and Ricky Romero. Salvador was also a proud grandfather to Dylan Rose and Bobbi Grace Rangel, who brought him so much joy and pride. His children, Adrianna Rangel, Wendy Torres, and Ricky Romero, as well as his grandchildren, will continue to carry his values into future generations.
His love reached far beyond the walls of his home, touching the lives of countless nieces, nephews, and friends who cherished his laughter, wisdom, and enduring support. Salvador had many passions — a love for raising cattle, hunting, and the game of baseball, all of which he joyfully shared with those closest to him. He was known for his boundless generosity, unwavering work ethic, and a sense of humor that could light up the darkest room. Many remember him as an honorable, responsible, strong, and respectable man. Still, those closest to him will remember his silliness and the unique ways he made people laugh when they most needed it.
Rest in peace, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend. Your memory is etched into our hearts, and your legacy lives on in every life you touched.
