Sharon Renee Rucker

Sharon Renee Rucker was born on June 4, 1970, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She transitioned to eternity with her Lord on November 3, 2021, in Plano, Texas.

Affectionately regarded as “Sharona”, Sharon graduated from Rustburg High School in 1988. She went on to attend Virginia Tech where she graduated in 1993. Sharon enjoyed a career at L3 Harris as a Software Engineer. She was also a Mary Kay Sales Director until her transition.

Sharon accomplished many significant achievements during her lifetime. Most notably, she was a Mary Kay Premier Club Sales Director and a member of the National Honor Society. Fulfilling God's purpose in her life, Sharon was an advocate for empowering and supporting women. 

Among many hobbies, Sharon enjoyed reading, road trips, spending time with family and friends, and playing card games. She will be fondly remembered for her positive, caring, passionate, and determined nature. Her loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  

Those left to cherish precious memories and continue her legacy of love include her daughter, Tiffany Kidd; parents, Creed and Helen Rucker; sister, Tracey Rucker; and a host of family, friends, and loved ones from all areas of her life.
