Shinu George Simon

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

Shinu George Simon was born on April 6, 1977, in Benin City, Nigeria. He passed away on November 8, 2022, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. 

Shinu received his primary education in Nigeria. He completed his secondary education at St. Thomas Residential School in Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, India. He went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kerala and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He earned a second Master's degree in Health Informatics from the University of Boston. 

Shinu is survived by his loving children, Luke George Simon, Thomas Emmanuel Simon, and Selah Ann Simon; his parents, Abraham Simon and Sosamma Simon; his brother, Dr. Vinu Simon; his sister-in-law, Dr. Fay Simon; his nieces, Ginger and Danica; and his nephew, Jude.
