Socorro Rodriguez

Socorro Rodríguez nació el 28 de marzo de1948 en Tinajitas, Veracruz México. Ella pasó a la eternidad con el Señor el 24 de Junio de 2020 en Garland, Texas.

Cariñosamente llamada"Jefa" por sus hijos, "Abue" por sus nietos, “Socorrin” porsu nuera que era como una hija y la mejor amiga para ella, y “Doña Coco” porsus amistades.  

Socorro tenía un sentido delhumor increíble y siempre tuvo una forma especial de encontrar lo bueno y lodivertido en cualquier momento. Amaba a sus amigos como si fueran parte de sufamilia.

A Socorro le encantaba cantar ybailar. Tenía una personalidad magnética y se hizo muy amiga de muchas personasque conoció en todas partes. Le encantaba cocinar comidas increíblementedeliciosas para su familia. Le gustaba ir al gimnasio y caminar en el parque consus amigas. Al paso de los años, desarrolló amistad cercana con sus clientesque conoció durante su tiempo en el negocio de la joyería.

Tenía un corazón de oro y serárecordada con mucho cariño por su generosidad y su devoción a Dios, su familiay sus amigos.

Socorro fue precedida en lamuerte por sus padres y hermanas, María Rodríguez y Lita Rodríguez. Los quequedan para atesorar preciosos recuerdos incluyen a sus hijos, José LuisHermida, la nuera Kina Hermida y Carlos Zenón Hermida; nietos: Denisse Clark(Jared), Daisy Hermida, Christian Hermida y Hailey Hermida; hermanos: IreneRodriguez, Elvia Rodriguez (Pascual Perez) y Chente Rodriguez; compañero de porvida, Carlos Roman Uscanga; y una gran cantidad de sobrinas, sobrinos, primos yqueridos amigos.

Socorro Rodriguez was born on March 28, 1948, in Tinajitas,Veracruz Mexico. She transitioned into eternity with her Lord on June 24, 2020, in Garland, Texas.

Affectionately called "Jefa" by her children, "Abue" by her grandchildren, and “Socorrin” by her daughter in law, who was like a daughter and best friend to her, Socorro was loved all who knew her.

Socorro had an amazing sense of humor and always had a special way of finding the good in every moment. She had a magnetic personality and became close friends with people that she met anywhere she went. She loved all her friends as if they were a part of her family.

Socorro loved to sing and dance. She loved to cook delicious food for her family and enjoyed taking walks with her friends. Throughout her years in the jewelry business, she developed close relationships with all of her clients. She had a heart of gold and will be fondly remembered for her generous nature and devotion to God, her family, and her friends.

Socorro was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Maria Rodriguez and Lita Rodriguez. Those left to cherish precious memories include her sons, José Luis Hermida (Kina) and Carlos Zenon Hermida; grandchildren: Denisse Clark (Jared), Daisy Hermida, Christian Hermida, and Hailey Hermida; siblings: Irene Rodriguez,Elvia Rodriguez (Pascual Perez), and Chente Rodriguez; lifetime partner, Carlos Roman Uscanga; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
