Su vida fue un testimonio de perseverancia; dedicada enteramente a su trabajo, demostró que con esfuerzo y disciplina los sueños se alcanzan. 

Paso a paso, con la humildad de quien sabe valorar el camino, Víctor logró cumplir cada una de las metas que se propuso.

Hoy su ausencia física nos duele, pero su espíritu permanece intacto.

Today, his physical absence pains us, but his spirit remains intact.
