It is our policy to provide first-class service at a reasonable cost to all who trust us. We are pleased to offer options for any situation.

Payment-in-full is expected 48 hours prior to all services. At the end of the arrangement conference, you will be presented with a statement itemizing the goods and services that you requested. For your convenience, the following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash or Verified Check Payments (money order, cashier’s check)
  
• Credit Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
  
• Life Insurance Policies – If you choose to use a life insurance policy, you will pay an additional fee (5% - 8% of the contract total) which will be taken from the benefit amount of the policy. (Please note that we do not accept insurance policies that cannot be verified. Also, note that insurance policies less than two years old are usually contestable and therefore cannot be used as a form of payment.) 
  
• Pre-need Policies/Prearranged Funeral Policy - We accept pre-need/prearranged funeral policies written through Chamberland and most policies written with other funeral homes. If you would like Chamberland to honor a pre-need/prearranged funeral policy written through another funeral home, please contact us so we can review your policy to determine if we can honor your policy.
